Sophia Lang is a brilliant, uptight grad student in molecular biology, determined to complete her demanding field research in the Amazon rainforest with complete focus and professionalism.

Her only companion for the two-week trip is Jamal Washington — a 21-year-old star football player on academic probation. Assigned as her field assistant to earn the credit hours he desperately needs, Jamal’s cocky attitude and powerful presence immediately clash with Sophia’s strict standards.
